Product Introduction
Ultra high thermal conductivity and ultra flexible thermal conductivity gasket is a series of products with thermal conductivity greater than 12W/m · K and excellent flexibility, as shown in Table 1. This series of products is designed to solve the heat dissipation problem between high heat flux, highly integrated electronic equipment heating devices and heat sinks. The super flexibility of this series of materials can quickly fill irregular rough surfaces, ensuring excellent interface wettability and adaptability, effectively eliminating the thermal resistance generated by air between interfaces, reducing interface contact thermal resistance, forming a good heat transfer bridge, and facilitating the export of heat from heating devices.

Application characteristics
Ultra high thermal conductivity ultra flexible thermal conductivity gasket is very soft, so special attention should be paid to packaging, transfer and processing to ensure the best performance and dosage of the product. When the product is subjected to excessive pressure, materials may stick to one or both release membranes, and even the product may experience irreversible deformation (as the product does not rebound, the deformation is permanent).
Due to the ultra soft nature of the product, a slight mist may appear on the blue release film, which is a normal phenomenon of this series of products and does not affect the performance of the product.
Try to minimize the number of times the product is transferred and peeled. Due to the low modulus nature of the material, the cut sections may stick together over time.
